Lollie Bombs Burlesque is the longest-running neo-burlesque troupe in North Texas. Formed in 2006 and based in Dallas, the Lollies have made the Pocket Sandwich Theatre their home base since 2007. The Dallas Eagle was founded by Matt Miller and Mark Frazier. In 1995, Mark came up with the idea of opening a leather bar in Dallas because he felt there was a need in the DFW Leather Community. Dallas had a bar that many from the Leather community frequented, but that bar had decided to change to a more progressive atmosphere. The Leather Community was offered a small stand alone building located by the current club.

Emporium Pies is a specialty pie shop with locations in Oak Cliff, Deep Ellum, and McKinney, Texas while also making local deliveries in the Dallas Metro area. After being introduced in 2011, Mary and Megan came up with the dream of Emporium Pies. Before the year had come to a close, their dream was rapidly beginning to take shape in the form of selling pies outside of an old house in the Bishop Arts District of Oak Cliff.

In 2004, Fireside Pies was born to an old cottage on historic Henderson Avenue in Dallas.
